Selecting a builder prior to any in-person meeting and then building remotely (when we were two hours away) complicates things. It also creates additional important requirements, the most important of which is trust- which you certainly earned. We also appreciate your post-occupancy follow up on miscellaneous items and your checking in from time to time (that you indicated we can count on years down the road...very few builders have such a long term commitment and we really appreciate that.). As previously mentioned, your skills, craftsmanship and enthusiasm and that of your subs- was evident throughout the building process and resulted in a final product that exceeded our expectations. As imporantly, you were a pleasure for my wife and our decorator to work with- always flexible, supportive and imformative (and fun!). You understood from the beginning our desire to make the house a family home for generations, and in our short time with family and friends, it is already a family home. We appreciate how effectively you manaaged the subcontractors...how you parternerd effectively with Helman Sechrist...how we could trust you completely to coordinate and manage the process (and wiht us being hours away, that was essential)...and how you became and remain a friend we can count on.
