"In 2007, Helman Sechrist Architecture embarked on an aggressive endeavor to design and build two speculative homes in the popular New Buffalo area, adjacent to Lake Michigan.  The homes were conceived of as prototype vacation homes intended to demonstrate how our ultra-custom design approach can create a lifestyle home that will fulfill the needs of the most demanding client.

The two properties, located in a side by side arrangement, allowed for simultaneous construction to occur, thus maximizing the design capabilities of our firm while providing the synergy of two extraordinary homes being constructed at one time.
